Explara doesn't organiser any and it has no rights to cancel any of the tickets/registrations. The Event organiser who use Explara software has to authority to cancel the ticket and initiates the refund. Explara only facilitate this process thorough its intuitive software. As a buyer, if you decide to cancel your ticket then you have to reach out to the event organiser and put your cancellation request. Any issue or delay in cancellation communication, please co-ordinate with event organiser.
