Once you have created an account on AWS, generate your IAM credentials and enter the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key in Marketing Tools by following these steps:
Login > Marketing Tools > Overview > Campaigns > Email Settings > Integrate Gateways
Now you just have to do the email verification to send emails through the AWS SES account.
