The statistics menu gives the detail of all the contacts you have in your account. It provides a broader picture of all the SPAM emails, unsubscriber list, any new contacts, total contacts, and engagement statistics of the entire contacts with your past campaigns.
Apart from the contact level analysis, It also gives the demographic breakdown and date & time for the opening of campaigns.
